Job Description
We are seeking a BI & Data Analytics Consultant with around 5 years of experience in data analytics visualization and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills excellent communication abilities and preferably experience in the pharma or healthcare domain. This role requires transforming complex datasets into interactive dashboards and reports that support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop interactive Power BI / Tableau dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract transform and analyze data from various sources.
- Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables Macros Power Query VBA) for advanced data analysis.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance in all reporting solutions.
- Optimize dashboard performance and usability based on stakeholder feedback.
- Leverage ETL processes to clean and integrate data from multiple sources.
- 5 years of experience in Power BI and/or Tableau development.
- Strong expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables VBA Power Query advanced formulas).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights effectively.
- Experience working in agile environments with crossfunctional teams.
- Pharma healthcare or life sciences domain experience.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with cloudbased BI solutions (Azure AWS Google Cloud).
