What you will be doing:
- Inspect diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces air conditioners and ventilation systems.
- Repair and maintain household appliances such as refrigerators dishwashers stoves ovens washers and dryers.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants regarding repairs costs and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs parts used and hours worked.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and building regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger repair projects when necessary.
Experience you will need:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to follow directions and learn quickly.
- Must be proficient and comfortable with computer tablet and smartphone technology.
