Our Client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager in Vietnam for the Global Selling business. The Account Manager will be responsible for marketing global marketplaces and identifying and targeting Selling Partners of all sizes to grow the Selling Partners businesses around the world. This person will be the primary point of contact that markets Global Selling program to Selling Partners located in Vietnam.
The Account Manager will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to deliver results. The Account Manager will provide primary postsales general and/or technical support to thirdparty Selling Partners and manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationship and support their growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance and working with clients to improve performance ( Business Growth). In addition the Account Manager will be responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issue that may impact revenue generation. The Account Manager must focus on driving results and work across all relevant crossfunctional areas to guarantee effective communication implementation and execution of objectives.

Through sellers on online stores sellers of different types and sizes can now sell to 300 million worldwide active customer accounts including 150 million customers in oversea marketplaces and millions of institutional buyers in the USA Europe and Japan.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree preferred
Native or fluent Vietnamese language proficiency is required.
3 years of successful account management experience preferably in the eCommerce online services or retail industries.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutionsfocused approach
Resultoriented. Strong commitment and ownership towards goals or target assigned
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly analytical with data driven mindset. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel/ BI tools
Ability to work in fastpaced environment and deal with ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication in EN
Fluent in Vietnamese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced in working with international/crosscultural team
Acquainted with online business. Having global ecommerce or marketplace experience is a plus
Experienced using analytical marketing productivity tools and online collaboration tools
