Acquiring New Business by signing new corporate clients
Doing Existing business Follow up
Conducting Sales Campaign
Maintaining Sales reporting on Pipe drive / PTL APP
Specific Duties / Responsibilities
Signs New Client with minimum 10L (& above) monthly turnover.
Maintains minimum credit period (15 Days) in Deal.
Conducts Review meetings on quarterly basis with top 5 clients.
Plans to approach bigger volume client to increase the corporate sales.
Drives the sales team towards set target.
Coordinates with Operations team on the selling process to external customers including pricing
contract negotiations (Pre/post and sales activities) to handle the client smoothly.
Ensures the ops team/a/c team to have introduction round to understand the customer required
specifications and to have rapport to handle in future.
Monitor the client progress in the market updates/social media/Airline /Hotels.
Updates about Pricol upgradations with clients online tool /Pact /visa/MIS reports.
Provides service support for both Existing & New Clients.
Searches qualifies develop on RFP/RFQ clients and engages proactively into new customer
relationships.
Identifies clients needs opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers and formalize
those into account plans and strategies. Seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Effectively investigate and implementation of new sales projects (Leisure Group/MICE)
Uses applicable marketing plans and strategies and ensure that same are always kept up to date.
Actively participates in Sales & Marketing meetings and review meetings.
Establishes strong multilevel win/win relationships with new and existing customers (including main
decision makers and influencers).
Actively engages Customer Service into the Customer relationship to ensure customers to know
relevant contact points and make process to start the business.
Performs any other tasks assigned in the interest of the organization.
With the travel coordinator finance team and decision makers in the Corporate.
With internal Product Team to provide the Product as required by the Client.
Interaction with COO/ B.M/Sales Team.
Internal Operations and Accounts Team to update about the agreed terms.
Interaction with suppliers and vendors to specify the client requirement.
Interaction with existing and new clients.
Interaction with other branch sales team for any reference/updates/any task receptionist and office
assistants of the corporate to get crucial information.
Good English and Local Communication Skills.
