Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze RFPs and lead Q&A sessions with customers alongside technical experts.
Develop compelling and competitive solutions that align with organizational
guidelines and leverage best practices.
Collaborate effectively with multiple technical teams delivery partners commercial
legal finance and contract management teams.
Manage solution versions integrate components from various technical towers and
ensure a cohesive final response.
Optimize estimations technical solutions and project costs.
Own the final solution response and ensure its completeness.
Share effort and cost details with finance for commercial solution development.
Support the commercial team in deal negotiations and auctions.
Assist legal contract and delivery teams in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
Communicate deal summaries to leadership and present solutions to internal review
boards.
Defend solutions with customers and manage risks associated with the solution
development process.
Model SLA penalties and analyze commercial risks.
Design RACI matrices across internal teams partners and customers.
Report deal unit economics and benchmark against organizational guidelines.
Qualifications:
Essential:
oProven experience in architecting solutions for largescale digital
transformation projects.
oStrong understanding of ERP implementations and other platformbased
solutions (e.g. SAP RISE Salesforce ServiceNow).
oExperience with multitower multiyear IT outsourcing engagements.
oFamiliarity with hybrid cloud architectures ( VPC Network Connectivity DC
DR Compute & Storage types Security ) modern data architectures and
observability concepts.
oUnderstanding of API management cybersecurity principles and agile
methodologies.
oKnowledge of different commercial models (effortbased task catalog
outcomebased etc.).
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
oAbility to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
oProficiency in Office 365 especially MS Excel.
Desirable:
oExperience with LowCode/NoCode platforms.
oKnowledge of botbased solutions and automation in software engineering or
application support.
oFamiliarity with Generative AI and its application in automating daily work.
