JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role: HR Recruiter
Working time
6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
10 am to 7 pm office hours
Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education Graduation or Post Grad (MBAHR)
Work Experience
Minimum 2 yrs of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers.
Should not have gap of more than 3 months Gender Female/ Male Industry Exposure Required
Can communicate in Hindi and English both.
Experience in BPO Telesales/Telecalling hiring / Bulk Hiring
Should have worked with Vendors.
Should have working experience in a target based company.

Screening the profiles and align the interviews of the candidates.
Conduct end to end recruitment process and get the selection done.
Collecting documents for onboarding procedure.
Should achieve the target of minimum 2 joining in a day.
Have to connect with the vendors/consultancy for the staffing support.
