Finance & HR Manager
Reports to: COO & Head of Finance

Hours of Work: 9AM 6PM UK/ London time
Location: Remote (EU time zone preferred)
Salary: $2500 $3000 USD per month
Probation Period: 2 months
About the Role
We are seeking a Finance & HR Manager to oversee financial processes and HR operations. This role has a 60% focus on finance and 40% focus on HR ensuring financial integrity and a positive employee experience.
As a key team member you will manage financial records payroll recruitment efforts and compliance with global HR and finance regulations. You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Finance (60%)
- Accounts Receivable Support: Monitor outstanding invoices reconcile payments follow up with clients and provide AR performance reports.
- Bookkeeping Support: Maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with the finance team.
- Expense Tracking: Oversee business expenses ensuring proper categorization and compliance.
- Legal & Finance Admin: Assist with ad hoc legal and financial tasks across global operations.
- Weekly Reporting: Generate financial reports from Xero and share insights with relevant teams.
Human Resources (40%)
- Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll via PayFit ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and salary adjustments.
- HR Compliance: Work with external legal and payroll providers to maintain compliance with HR regulations.
- Performance Management: Support the annual review process salary benchmarking and development goal tracking.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring efforts interview coordination employment contracts and onboarding experiences.
- Offboarding: Manage exit procedures final documentation and compliance requirements.
- HR Admin: Maintain employee leave tracking (Timetastic) payroll updates salary increases and bonus payments.
- Employee Engagement: Track birthdays anniversaries and farewells ensuring thoughtful celebrations and gift purchases.
Your Experience & Skills
- Strong proficiency in financial management and HR administration.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic financial formulas.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
