Ensuring data update in HRIT systems as per agreed SLAs
Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
Ensure updated Document Operating Procedure
Mentor backups
Provide standby or backup support whenever required
Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Any Graduation or higher. Fresher with MBA in HR domain would be preferable
Excellent communication skills to communicate with customers team members
Good aptitude to learn new technology like SAP HCM Oracle HCM etc
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Required Functional Skills:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel specifically in managing large volume of data
Expertise in Data Maintenance in Oracle / SAP HCM is preferred but not compulsory
