Job Description
Location: Near Kansas City MO
Compensation: $32 $43 per hour overtime excellent benefits
As a Maintenance Technician III you will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues on large industrial equipment including 950 ton presses.
- Diagnose and repair PLC systems including reading and creating logic.
- Perform maintenance on supporting equipment like compressors chillers conveyors and material handling systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and manage repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory for spare parts and tools while keeping work areas organized.
- Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
To excel in this role you should have:
- Experience: At least 3 years in industrial maintenance with expertise in troubleshooting hydraulic electrical and PLC systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read schematics electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Certifications: Journeyman Electrician Certified Maintenance Professional or equivalent (preferred).
- Skills: Strong problemsolving ability attention to detail and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for extended periods and work at elevated heights.
