Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager the Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties and tasks in support of a client portfolio. More specifically the Project Coordinator will:

  • Compile create and review reports proposals and statements of work
  • Track project deliverables bring forward items and meeting action items
  • Prepare forecasting documents such as task estimates proposals cash flow & expenditure estimates and related materials
  • Track expenses of projects and verification of invoices
  • Meeting coordination including taking minutes preparing records of decision and tracking action items
  • Project scheduling progress tracking resource workload management and forecasting
  • Other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • An undergraduate level university degree or a college diploma in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint Teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Strong problem solving skills including the ability to set priorities while dealing with conflicting and emerging priorities;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff professionals and in a team environment;
  • Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment;
  • Previous experience with procurement would be an asset;
  • Previous experience in the Canadian Armed Forces would be an asset;
  • Previous experience with Salesforce (or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system) would be an asset;
  • Eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
