Job Description
The Clinical Site Payment Analyst is responsible for all clinical site payment activity from contract execution through final payment reconciliation include support to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Contracts entry and configuration for executed clinical study agreements (CSAs) into the appropriate finance system investigate discrepancies and collaborate with clinical trial sites regarding missing backup for site submitted invoices.
- Applies critical thinking skills to resolve any payment issues that arise by interacting with the sites and internal stakeholders.
- Conducts final payment reconciliation for all assigned studies/sites.
- Establishes and maintain relationships with assigned Therapeutic area contacts R&D Clinical Contracting and timely responses to supplier inquiries.
- Identifies risks and trends that may be noted during contract configuration invoice creation payment processing reconciliation and propose mitigation strategies / efficiencies across studies and Therapeutic areas
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 4 years of equivalent related work experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and customer support.
- Proficient Excel skills required experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Able to work well within a team and autonomously. Able to influence without authority.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our shortterm incentive programs.
