- Highlight the crossfunctional impacts of anticipated environmental changes to the brand teams to further enrich their anticipation of the future.
- Play an active role within brand teams and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with crossfunctional colleagues to achieve brand objectives.
- Analyze customize and transform economic and clinical data into clear compelling messages for payers regulators providers and budget holders to ensure access and reimbursement.
- Define value propositions stakeholder needs local environment and brand priorities.
- Provide training on analysis access tools evidence processes and communicate the value propositions to brand teams.
- Understand stakeholder needs and requirements for demonstrating value.
- Develop integrated access strategies including pricing and HTA strategies.
- Cooperate in the preparation of P&R submissions.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate crossfunctionally to engage in partnerships with stakeholders.
- Lead crossfunctional projects on early pipeline assessment.
- Regularly monitor the market situation anticipate changes and assess potential impact on AbbVie products.
- Collect and analyze all appropriate data related to Market Access strategies.
- Develop integrated access strategies.
- Communicate with Market Access stakeholders in areas of rational pharmacotherapy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional colleagues to achieve brand objectives.
- Cooperate with the area to identify further requirements for value reinforcement.
- Share payer insights anticipate payer changes and unmet needs and propose access strategies.
- Operate within AbbVies business code of conduct policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- University degree
- Five years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry healthcare payer/provider or an academic institution
- Proficient in Czech language with fluency in English
- Knowledge of pharmacoeconomic principles
- Understanding of established costcontainment measures
- Familiarity with the Czech healthcare system and policy
- Exceptional PC skills (MS Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)
- Ability to work in crossfunctional teams; confidential and trustworthy
