Key responsibilities
- General knowledge of Windows based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detailoriented and accurate
- Ability to multitask and perform various duties including but not limited to taking phone calls chats emails handling mailbox cases and closing Zendesk tickets
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Able to converse and communicate in English Language
- 01 years experience in BPO/CSR
- Able to work at nightshift
- Able to work onsite
- Willing to be a parttimer for 20 days
Schedule:
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday @ 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (8 hours x 5 days)
- Live Schedule: Mandatory Thursday to Sunday (4 days x 11 hours) eastern time including lunch. Schedule time varies per proctor.
