Job Description
- Develop and improve processes within the Oracle Fusion module.
- Create and maintain reports such as inventory reports reports on expenses for future periods and other similar reports.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial reports and records.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on the accounting treatment of reserves assets and expenses.
- Supervise review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
- Conduct special studies and develop or recommend accounting methods and procedures.
- Check all accountingrelated documents and invoice entries ensuring they are recorded in the correct expense accounts.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely entry of expenses into the system according to the accrual accounting principle.
- Ensure compliance with policies set by the overseas entity.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns.
Qualifications :
- Qualified Accountant
- ERP Systems experience Oracle Fusion experience is preferred
- Highvolume reconciliation experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Analytical skills
- Fully competent in Microsoft Excel
- Good attendance and timekeeping record
- Technically competent
- Fluency in English
