Job Description
Title: Field Technician
Location: Onsite (Illinois North Carolina Indiana Texas and California)
Years of experience: 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities:
Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery.
Install configure and maintain telematics systems that monitor equipment performance and usage.
Inspect maintain and repair offhighway construction machinery
Provide technical support and training to operators dealers and other technicians on the use of connected systems
Perform software updates and calibrations on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and standards
Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities including data from telematics systems
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for equipment issues
Stay updated with the latest advancements in offhighway machinery technology and telematics systems
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Expert knowledge of offroad heavy equipment
Strong understanding of different subsystems such as steering mechanics hydraulics pneumatics electrical systems etc..
Ability to operate equipment
Valid drivers license with good driving record
Ability to travel by ground and by air
