Role Summary
A recruiting agency is seeking a Site Operations Specialist (Korean Bilingual) to oversee onsite operations for OutofGauge (OOG) cargo projects. This role involves managing daily truck deliveries monitoring logistics activities and ensuring effective communication with remote project teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination: Oversee truck delivery schedules assignments and performance ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports outlining trucker activity project milestones and delivery status.
- Operational Oversight: Address onsite issues promptly maintaining accurate records of cargo movements inventory and logistics activities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with drivers warehouse staff vendors and clients to ensure seamless onsite operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitor safety regulations and adherence to project guidelines for all transportation activities.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Korean.
- Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients drivers and logistics teams.
- Preferred Experience: Background in logistics trucking operations or cargo project management.
