Job Description
As the Supply Clerk you will contribute to Laura success by ensuring that the daily functions relating to Supply Visual and Marketing are done effectively and in a timely manner. This includes the proper distribution of all supplies to the stores and to Head Office as required.
How will you support the team
- Receive deliveries and verifies packing slips with purchase orders.
- Place stock in the warehouse including pallet management within the supplies department.
- Print out stickers and bills of lading by region.
- Check orders and prepare them before shipping as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
- Efficiently prepare all required supplies for store openings.
- Advise the Supplies Foreman of any changes made to the daily scheduling including inventory ruptures.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of transports when needed.
- Receive deliveries for all departments and match the packing slip with the purchase orders.
- Provide support for the Construction and the Design Departments as needed.
- Work closely with the Procurement Team and provide support for any projects related to supplies.
Qualifications :

- Thorough and able to work independently.
- Able to lifts boxes (050 lbs).
