This role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to generate leads optimize conversion funnels and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including digital marketing social media email campaigns and networking events.
Marketing Funnel Optimization: Analyze and enhance the customer journey from awareness to conversion ensuring efficient and effective processes that maximize acquisition rates.
Data Analysis: Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a positive experience that fosters longterm relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve targets.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in customer acquisition sales or marketing roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and marketing tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
