Job Title: Executive Operations & Outreach Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized resultsdriven Executive Operations & Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic fully remote team. In this multifaceted role you will support the founder by managing automated workflows preparing detailed reports and conducting outbound outreach on behalf of the leadership team. The position requires an individual with a diverse skill set who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can handle a combination of executive support operational strategy and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Automated Workflow Management:
- Design implement and maintain automated workflows to improve business efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow performance to ensure seamless execution.
2. Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports for the founder and leadership team including operational sales and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to provide insights and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Create reports and dashboards using tools like Excel Google Sheets or other analytics platforms.
3. Outbound Outreach & Sales Development (SDR) Tasks:
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach on behalf of the founder to prospects clients and partners.
- Qualify leads gather key information and set up meetings or followup actions for the team.
- Track and manage lead interactions to ensure timely followup and engagement.
4. General Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to the founder by managing schedules emails and calendar appointments.
- Assist with organizing meetings preparing agendas and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Junior to Midlevel preferably with prior experience in an Executive Assistant Operations or Sales Development role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in workflow automation and process optimization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Techsavvy with experience using Google Suite Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
- Comfortable with outbound calls and engaging with clients/prospects.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier Trello or Asana for task management and automation.
- Experience in a fastpaced or startup environment is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Expectations:
- Weekly Production Targets:
- 30 Target Accounts processed & scored generating approximately 10 quality Account Reports and 30 Quality Contract Reports.
- 30 new outbound emails added to a 4week automated sequence (approx. 120 emails per week).
- 30 new outbound calls and 90 followup calls (2nd and 3rd touch).
- Review/QA three (3) Social and/or Blog Posts per week.

Working Conditions & Expectations:
- Hours: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day MondayFriday.
- Availability: Candidate should be available for internal and client meetings between 9 am and 5 pm EST.
- Location: Fully remote with flexibility to support USA working hours (9 am to 5 pm EST).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Benefits:

- $1200 $1600 per month
Onboarding & Training:
- Oneonone training sessions with senior staff (minimum 3x per week weeks 14).
- Written and video training materials playbooks.
- Weekly oneonone meetings with direct manager (ongoing).
