The Information Technology Unit is seeking a Data Content Analyst who under supervision will perform timesensitive casetracking functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record details of court adjournments and dispositions into a computerized case tracking system
Answer workrelated phone inquiries related to case inquiries accurately and professionally
Research and verify case discrepancies to verify to ensure the integrity of all data entered
Liaison to inhouse staff providing timely and accurate case information
First level of support for all new inhouse / Custom off the Shelf (COTS) application roll outs (ex. BXDA ECMS CPR NICE etc.)
Checking cleaning and verifying data from external systems including large complex criminal justice databases
Provide other related case access/tracking support functions as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
An Associates degree preferred or a High School diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years working experience in a law firm governmental agency civic or community organization
Familiarity with the Criminal Justice system and/or general court procedures
Strong ability to multitask various assignments
Strong computer skills including familiarity and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to organize information in a concise manner
Detail orientated; ability to precisely and accurately verify data and correct errors

Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 above.
