The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer support with some background in recruitment.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries troubleshooting issues related to our recruitment software via phone email and chat.
Deliver timely and effective solutions to technical problems ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on best practices and tool functionalities to maximize their platform experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams and ensure followthrough on customer issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and support activities in the CRM.**Qualifications:** Must have demonstrated experience in customer support preferably in a software or techrelated environment.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and resolve technical issues effectively.
Experience or understanding of the recruitment process is nice to have but not required.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
