Job Title: Program Manager
Location: BC/Victoria Remote
Duration: 1 Year
Job Description:
- Program Manager (PMO) Lead / PPM Lead
- Agile program / project management delivery
- Program roadmap definition
- Program governance definition and implementation
- 10 years program and project management experience IT delivery projects
- PMO lead experience for 5 years
- 5 years in agile project/program delivery (SAFe or lean portfolio management experience preferred)
- Experience in defining portfolio/program governance processes and tools
Skills:
- Program Manager: PMO responsibilities and managing others in program/project processes
- PPM Lead: Assess & recommend PMO process improvements
- Agile Program/Project Management: Implement agile methodologies (defined in other track) identify governance processes to align with agile implementation SAFe portfolio management and planning
