Elevate RS is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Gain indepth knowledge of company products including features installation processes and performance capabilities.
- Lead client product demonstrations and training sessions either onsite or at the factory.
- Master the Fenevision system to generate accurate customer quotes and guide clients through the platform.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.
- Create and manage annual sales budgets ensuring alignment with sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance identify trends and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Manage and grow client relationships by handling accounts negotiating contracts and addressing needs.
- Conduct site visits to provide clients with regular updates and personalized attention.
- Ensure showrooms are wellmaintained with current samples and marketing materials.
- Oversee seamless onboarding for new customers including product training and sales process orientation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns promotions and customer training.
- Gather customer insights to refine sales strategies improve satisfaction and enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing.
- 5 years in a sales leadership role preferably within the windows or building materials industry.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies budgeting and market analysis.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve company goals.
