Key Responsibilities
- Overall Responsibility for managing the centralized delivery of Posted Worker and International Social Security registrations for our largest global clients ensuring the highest level of quality.
- Primary contact for client engagement leaders from KPMG Member firms.
- Work closely with KPMG Local Offices and client onboarding teams to ensure successful client transitions.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent compliance with appropriate compliance obligations and client requirements.
- Drive and facilitate process improvements including exploring automation possibilities.
- Coordinate and develop a team of motivated highperforming delivery staff who understand and replicate the high levels of quality output you model.
- Ensure team members are appropriately trained and provided with necessary guidance and feedback to excel in delivery.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Support team members in their development and play an active role in recruiting to meet team expansion needs.
- Manage daytoday relationships with key global GMS stakeholders including client Engagement leaders and managers from KPMG Member firms and GMS global leadership.
- Schedule and lead meetings with engagement teams providing them with updates on performance.
- Become an active part of the GMS Posted Worker SME network from the various EU member firms.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent degree in law business economics or a relevant field.
- Extensive experience working within the field of international assignments global mobility or expatriate management compliance process management or delivery center operational team management is desirable.
- Understanding of EU Posted Worker Directive policies or global mobility in regards to traditional assignment planning as well as international transfer planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a clientcentric approach.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Understanding of regional tax social security labor law and immigration regulations is desirable.
- Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics is desirable.
- Fluent in English German French and other European languages are desirable.
