Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join Client dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our Salesforce ecosystem driving innovation and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including development sales and operations to deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Lead the product strategy roadmap and execution of Salesforce platform enhancements upgrades and integrations.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs translating them into technical requirements for the Salesforce platform.
- Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership to present updates on product performance strategy and improvement plans.
- Salesforce Optimization: Continuously optimize Salesforce functionalities to improve performance scalability and user experience.
- Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Data Governance: Ensure that Salesforce data governance and compliance policies are in place and adhered to.
- User Training and Support: Develop user training programs and support systems to enhance the effective use of Salesforce across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager specifically with Salesforce CRM.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various products (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud).
- Experience in Salesforce administration configuration and customization.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA or Asana.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations including thirdparty applications.
- Understanding of data governance compliance and security in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX) management and how Salesforce can drive customer success.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to managing risk and issues.
