What youll be working on
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute product strategies to drive acquisition activation retention and monetization.
- Driving impact: Drive product decisions that contribute to topline growth including launching new features and optimizing existing ones to meet the needs of our customers
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for growth and optimize user experience.
- DataDriven Optimization: Define track & drive actionable insights from data presenting recommendations to the executive team.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with engineering and other GTM teams such as marketing sales support and customer success teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Experimentation: Design launch and manage growth experiments (e.g. onboarding optimizations new feature tests pricing strategies) focusing on iterating quickly and learning from results.
What are we looking for
- 8 years of experience in product management with at least 4 years focused solely on growthfirst initiatives for a SaaS org.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant user acquisition retention and revenue growth.
- Experience with scaling a SaaS business in its 10100 journey; in a fastpaced highgrowth startup
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth levers including subscriptionbased pricing churn reduction and customer lifetime value.
- Deep expertise in product analytics tools and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Strong experience running A/B tests cohort analysis and other growth experiments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear concise manner.
