Customer Quality Engineer
Requirements:
- Age 20 45 years old.
- Advanced English.
- Completed Bachelor's Degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control.
Functions:
- Acceptance of quality complaints from customers promotion of root cause analysis and issuance of improvement action reports and follow up to closure.
- Summary of lessons learned and promotion of continuous improvement and innovation of quality services to customers.
- Collection sorting and analysis of quality related data and generation of quality reports.
- Participation in quality improvement projects promoting the continuous improvement of the overall quality level of the company.
- Periodic quality visits to customers responding quickly to their needs.
- Responsibility for determining responsibility for customer returns and coordinating the rework process for products returned to the factory.
