Tasks
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring all information is accurate and uptodate.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits addressing any queries or discrepancies.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and help with onboarding new hires.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks and participate in organizing company events.
Requirements
- At least an associate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
