GenePlanet an EUbased biotech company and a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests specializing in NIPT cancer screening and lifestyle DNA tests is looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer. With a presence in 35 markets worldwide and a dedicated team of over 150 employees GenePlanet collaborates with over 2000 medical centers doctors and insurance companies to provide topquality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their babys health as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.
In this role you will be at the forefront of integrating cuttingedge AI solutions into our business driving innovation and improving our products and services. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about AI possess a strong understanding of its capabilities and have a proven track record of practical application.
Tasks
- Develop and deploy AI solutions leveraging advanced models (e.g. deploying opensource models from Hugging Face to inference endpoints custom RAG projects with vector databases local use of Stable Diffusion and custom LoRAs).
- Adapt AI models through advanced prompting parameter adjustments playground utilization and manual API testing.
- Automate workflows and integrate various SaaS services and AI models using tools like LangChain/LlamaIndex Zapier/Make/IFTTT/n8n.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI and proactively explore new approaches and models.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our AI infrastructure.
- Support the development team in integrating AI solutions into web mobile and backoffice systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience with advanced AI model usage (e.g. deploying opensource models custom RAG local SD and LoRAs).
- Strong experience in adapting and testing AI models (advanced prompting parameter tuning API testing).
- Foundational programming skills and the ability to write simple scripts use API calls and debug basic web applications.
- Experience automating and connecting SaaS services and AI models (LangChain/LlamaIndex Zapier/Make/IFTTT/n8n).
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI a positive mindset and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Understanding of fundamental processes in modern application development (web mobile backoffice).
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
