Your Mission

Were on the lookout for a Senior Backend Developer to join our revolutionary music analytics platform. In this role youll be the architect behind our systems core working closely with our crossfunctional team to build robust scalable solutions that power our user experiences. With over 20 million downloads were not just creating software; were fostering a community united by music.

This role goes beyond coding youll be the backbone of our technical infrastructure crafting the foundation that enables our platform to grow and innovate. Youll be diving deep into complex datasets optimizing performance and implementing cuttingedge backend solutions that drive our platform forward.

What are we looking for

• Proven Experience: 5 years in professional backend development with a strong track record in Node.js and TypeScript for largescale applications

• Architectural Expertise: Skill in designing scalable backend architectures and RESTful APIs

• Database Mastery: Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch for complex data operations

• Caching and Messaging: Handson experience with Redis for caching and RabbitMQ for message queuing

• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Nginx and infrastructure management

• Quality Assurance: Commitment to thorough unit testing and maintaining high code standards

• Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable with teamwork code reviews and crossfunctional cooperation

• Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment using tools like Jira for project tracking

• Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Mobile Development: Some experience with Flutter and Kotlin is a strong advantage

The interview process

1. Initial call with the people team to understand your motivation (30 minutes).
2. Technical interview with our Tech Lead toassess your technical skills (90 minutes).
3. Interview with the CTO(45 minutes).
4. Meet the Product Manager (30min).
