The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for executing and analysing Accors digital media strategy across the Pacific region supporting the acquisition and retention of guests. The successful candidate will manage paid media campaigns oversee media agencies and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results aligned with key business goals.
This is a fixedterm contract role for 10 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy & Optimisation: Lead the execution and optimization of paid media strategies (including programmatic display and social media) across the Pacific. Monitor campaign performance providing insightful reports and ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Collaborate with Agencies & Partners: Strengthen relationships with media agencies strategic partners (Google Meta Microsoft) and key publishers. Manage ongoing partner calls share new opportunities and drive media innovation.
- CrossRegional Collaboration: Work closely with global media teams and local country teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and campaign strategies. Support the adoption of global initiatives while customizing for regional needs.
- Budget Management: Manage the media budget ensuring effective use of resources across multiple markets and channels. Optimize spend to enhance campaign performance and meet financial targets.
- Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of digital media trends and emerging technologies supporting projects related to datasharing cookieless targeting and new advertising channels.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor incountry teams fostering a highperformance culture and supporting the ongoing development of team members.
Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing Digital Media or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing paid media strategies budget execution and agency relationships. Strong experience with digital media tools such as Campaign Manager GA4 DV360 YouTube and Meta Ads Manager.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Datadriven with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing large budgets and financial reconciliation.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and handle complex stakeholder environments.
