Job Description
- 1015 years of consulting/project delivery experience in toptier consulting firms or bluechip organizations.
- Expertise in demand planning supply planning inventory management logistics and transport sourcing.
- Proven ability to drive business value through digital planning and analytics.
- Strong leadership skills to build and manage teams influence senior stakeholders and lead largescale transformation projects.
- Experience in supply chain technologies such as SAP IBP Kinaxis BlueYonder or o9 Solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and excellent communication skills.
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods & Retail Manufacturing Energy HighTech Logistics or Natural Resources is preferred.
THE ROLE:
As a key member of our Supply Chain Planning team you will:
- Work with leading global companies to drive planning transformation programs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Design and implement advanced Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions to improve collaboration forecasting accuracy and agility.
- Optimize inventory management enhance production scheduling and enable realtime decisionmaking through digital control towers.
- Lead the selection and implementation of cuttingedge supply chain technologies (SAP IBP Oracle Cloud SCM Kinaxis Blue Yonder etc.).
- Drive cost reduction sustainability and resilience strategies in supply chain planning.
- Use AIdriven forecasting and analytics to improve demand planning and scenario analysis.
- Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CSCO COO CFO) and drive business development opportunities.
- Lead and mentor highperforming teams to deliver impactful transformation solutions.
