Job Title: SAP MDG Process Architect

Location: Boston MA(Hybrid)

Job Description:

As a SAP Process Architect you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create detailed documentation for the implementation of processes and technologies. You will partner with the business team to define product requirements and use cases contributing to user and task analysis to represent the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Team to understand product requirements and translate them into clear actionable items for the technical team.
  • Design business processes create process documentation and participate in process modelling and data modelling for Master Data Governance (MDG) and Retail Master Data Configuration.
  • Work closely with the technical team to define solutions within the existing architecture ensuring the successful implementation of process and technology solutions.
  • Lead the effort in the MDGRFM (Retail Master Data Framework) RMP (Retail Master Data) solution extension including Utopia addons for Retail.
  • Engage in Data Replication Framework for standard and custom Retail Master Data objects in MDGRFM.
  • Develop and manage backlogs for features and enhancements in line with the product roadmap ensuring smooth delivery in a hybrid agile framework.
  • Support Master Data consolidation efforts and ensure highquality workflows in line with business requirements leveraging tools like BRF Floor Plan Manager and Master Data Quality.
  • IsRetail Master Data Configuration oversee configurations and technical setup to streamline and optimize Retail Master Data processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Business Process Architecture and related fields.
  • Indepth experience with MDGRFM and RMP solution extension for Retail (Utopia addon).
  • Handson experience in MDGRFM Data modelling process modelling Master data consolidation and BRF workflows.
  • Expertise in Master Data Quality Floor Plan Manager and working with workflows for complex systems.
  • Proficiency in Data Replication Framework for both standard and custom Retail master data objects in MDGRFM.
  • Familiarity with hybrid agile frameworks for managing product development and backlogs.
  • Retail Industry experience is required to understand specific business processes and needs.

General Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Teams: Gather and analyse requirements ensuring they are met through technical and process solutions.
  • Work with Technical Teams: Ensure smooth implementation of solutions within a given architecture providing guidance and documentation as needed.
  • Solution Delivery: Present and communicate the solutions clearly ensuring that they are delivered successfully within the agile framework.
  • Backlog Management: Define and prioritize features/enhancements for future product roadmap keeping the process aligned with business needs.

Industry Experience:

  • Retail Industry experience is required to be successful in understanding the domains challenges and applying effective solutions
