Job Description
- Project Planning: Develop detailed implementation plans outlining all tasks required for successful deployment.
- Customization: Collaborate with clients to tailor HiVis software to their specific requirements.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system.
- Troubleshooting: Work with IT departments and software developers to identify and resolve any technical issues.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients team members and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Customer Service: Understand and address client needs to ensure a positive experience with the software.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HiVis software relevant technologies and industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation and support.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with scaffold management software or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HiVis scaffold management software.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
- Previous experience in the construction or industrial sector.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require travel to client sites.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
Technical Proficiency:
- Software Knowledge: Indepth understanding of HiVis scaffold management software including its features functionalities and customization options.
- System Integration: Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques to ensure seamless connectivity between HiVis and other enterprise systems.
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows Linux etc.) and their respective environments.
- Security: Awareness of cybersecurity best practices to ensure the software is deployed securely and complies with industry standards.
