Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Support all product requests from internal and external clients from the time they
commit to enrolling in products
Acts as subject matter expert for products and interfaces/vendors
Assists clients with answering questions and resolving issues related to
connected programs and processes client requests in timely and accurate
manner
Assist with confidently establishing and generously sustaining relationships with
clients and vendors
Documents standard operating procedures
Proficient use of TotalView and Salesforce to serve Merchants Fleet clients
Actively engaging in process improvement and department alignment efforts
Ensure proper timely and ongoing follow up on assigned cases to ensure
service level agreements are met and client satisfaction is exceeded
Ensure accuracy of monthly billing processing bulk load processing
Research complex transactions and client requests and provide consultative
advice
Management Support
Train new hires on processes and systems
Represents Services team as lead tester of netnew functionality across products and
systems used by the Services Team. Leads in testing and new process role out
Working with management to refine and build out operating procedures
Assist with excel spreadsheets for reporting and billing purposes
Cross training with other Product Specialists on new product assignments or
cross departmental support
Assists with the compilation of team metrics
Escalate aged items and partner with management for resolution
