Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to become part of our esteemed group servicing Nursing Homes.

If you possess a deep passion for geriatrics and have an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional patient care we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Managing primary carerelated consultations

Prescribing necessary medication and diagnostic tests

Formulating accurate diagnoses based on medical knowledge and patients medical history

Nurturing trust with empathy among your patients

Requirements:

Valid NP license in the state of NY

Nursing Home experience a must

Credentialed with Medicare strongly preferred
