Job Title: Executive Coordinator
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company

Specializes in real estate development and property management focusing on innovative solutions and effective operations. We are seeking a versatile Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing diverse activities ranging from vendor communication to financial reporting.

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will act as a key support figure for the CEO managing daytoday operations streamlining processes and coordinating with vendors city departments tenants and investors. This role offers the opportunity to learn about real estate finance and investment management in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

  • Manage communications with vendors city departments tenants and investors.
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling for the CEO.
  • Streamline internal processes to improve operational efficiency.


Administrative and Reporting:

  • Organize and prepare content for a biweekly newsletter.
  • Compile basic business reports monthly.
  • Input data into financial models and CRMs on an ad hoc basis.


Special Projects and Collaboration:

  • Assist with special projects as needed ensuring timely completion.
  • Support team collaboration through tools like Asana and Notion.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency in Gmail Google Sheets (basic/intermediate) Google Docs Asana (basic) and Notion (basic).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of using tools like Airbnb and ChatGPT.
  • Highly organized detailoriented and proactive.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in real estate property management or related industries.
  • Flexibility to work split shifts to accommodate different time zones.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and CRM tools.
