Job Description
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design develop and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The individual will work closely with clients to improve business processes and deliver efficient and scalable solutions. This is a remote opportunity lasting 69 months with significant autonomy and collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools and a deep understanding of business process optimization. They will thrive in an environment that prioritizes problemsolving and providing exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements.
- Design and develop applications workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Configure and customize Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement data models dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
- Optimize workflows and processes ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide training to clients and internal teams on Power Platform solutions and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional requirements system configurations and process workflows.
- Support project managers by communicating status updates managing risks and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
- Research and propose cuttingedge solutions to improve efficiency and scalability for clients.
- Offer remote support to resolve critical issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3 years of experience in private industry.
- Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Strong ability to gather and document functional requirements and design technical solutions.
- Experience in training support or consulting roles.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in NGE (Nonprofit Government and Education) Healthcare or Tribal Government industries.
- Familiarity with related compliance or professional standards.
Desired Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and modeldriven applications).
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate for creating workflows and automations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for developing data models reports and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze and gather requirements effectively.
- Skilled in system configuration and integration techniques.
- Strong problemsolving communication and documentation abilities.
