Job Description
- Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations (RMTO) is looking for an innovative customerobsessed Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the team in support of business scaling to deliver the next generation of robots.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment relishes having a hand in the future of robotics and is able to adapt and excel in a highly ambiguous environment.
- This role requires a unique combination of engineering know how problem solving curiosity innovation leadership and effective communication.
- Looking for someone who can successfully work independently and trouble shoot issues on their own.
- The TPM for RMTO Data & Analytics responsibilities include:
- Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
- Collaborate with Data Scientists Data Engineers Business Intelligence Engineers and Functional Managers to define and deliver analytics tools and insights
- Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes as well as tools to allow customers to selfeducate and selfservice data
- Partner with stakeholders to develop a data strategy which will enable the future of AI CV and ML capabilities
- Lead technical excellence across the data team raising the quality bar of all output
- Translate the requirements of the business stakeholders into technical requests to the partner technical teams
- Utilize agile methodologies to run sprints to deliver data analytics and enable business insights across the full portfolio of RMTOs services
- Work with partner teams to refine the BI and visualization space across Robotics
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- 2 years of handson experience with PLM ERP and/or MES systems.
- Communication writing and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools.
- Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business.
