Develop maintain and manage Expeditors worldwide activity with one of our industryleading top global customers to achieve optimum business retention and development. Ensure that customers crossfunctional and geographical operational requirements are proactively identified and serviced. Act as the chief revenue growth champion and orchestrator for global strategic business planning and execution by leveraging global relationships your industry knowledge and Expeditors product geo and service leadership. Deliver world class business reviews and workshops tailored to your customer that drive further collaboration between Expeditors and the customer with a focus on value creation and cost reduction as measured through business intelligence. Drive alignment and cocollaboration efforts in multiple geos to identify customers top supply chain priorities and challenges. Work with Expeditors senior executives and product & geo management to create valueadd solutions that are timely and relevant to the customers ecosystem. Increases Expeditors revenues and profitability through providing enhanced valuedadded service.
SCOPE OF POSITION
To create a unique Expeditors customer experience through total ownership of and accountability to:
Create a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship for Expeditors with the customer worldwide.
Business Development
Uses business acumen and strategic thinking with an ability to plan and execute effective and ongoing needs assessments; identify strategic improvement and value creating opportunities in line with both customers supply chain objectives and business goals and Expeditors initiatives; collaborate to create and validate solutions (product service tech) that deliver quantifiable customer benefits; and leverage customer knowledge and relationships to influence positive outcomes.
Customer Management
Continuously builds and maintains strong relationships throughout a customers business hierarchy in order to understand organizational dynamics decisionmaking and strategic executive alignment leading to trusted partner status. Maintains effective oversight for customers operational needs and optimal execution for account growth through leadership active communication collaboration and advocacy both internally and with customers.
Business Intelligence
Develops and maintains Data Fluency combined with effective use of business intelligence tools for: information gathering processing and analysis; performance management and improvement; and reporting.
