A Brief Overview
Responsible for managing and preparing invoices for assigned client accounts to ensure accuracy efficiency and ontime delivery in the billing process. This is the first level of a threelevel career development class series. Work assignments enable incumbents to obtain the experience required for advancement to Senior Biller.
What you will do
- Executes billing and/or network invoice process by customer invoices to ensure costs & pricing for parts is accurate; researches and resolves any errors detected while ensuring compliance with insurance standards & company policies and procedures.
- Responds to basic & common client billing questions and issues after researching and determining the appropriate resolution; escalates more complex situations to Billing Specialist II and/or Management.
- Identify and communicate to department leadership any discovered system problems trends or repetitive issues with assigned clients when these occur.
- Other duties assigned by management.
