Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Development Representative to oversee and drive the performance of our Sales Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the team operates efficiently achieves its objectives and aligns with organizational goals. The Lead SDR will be responsible for managing daytoday operations formulating strategies and supporting the team in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments with U.S.based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the companys BPO and IT consulting business.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of SDRs ensuring they meet individual and collective KPIs while fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement datadriven outreach strategies tailored to the U.S. market to maximize lead engagement and conversion.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics provide regular feedback and deliver targeted coaching to optimize results.
- Lead Research: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure highquality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to enhance leadgeneration processes messaging and campaign execution.
- Lead Handoff: Ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads to Account Executives maintaining a streamlined sales process ((SQL & MQL).
- Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure highquality targeting and alignment with business priorities (SQL & MQL)
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and present detailed reports on team performance providing actionable insights to management.
- Strategic Input: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the evolution of the sales process through strategic insights and innovations.
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate in IT Business Marketing or a related field shall be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development including lead generation qualification and closure or equivalent role with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of BPO and IT services offerings market dynamics and client needs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic mindset with excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities. Candidates with a proven track record of contributing to significant ROIdriven projects and showcasing relevant accomplishments are encouraged to highlight these in their profiles.
- Proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking and market analysis.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in selling IT/Software and BPO services particularly in U.S. markets.
- Proficient in English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours (night shift) i.e. 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST
