Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform quality notifications as NCR PL VR and EE
- Perform basic Failure Analysis processes.
- Assist management and supervisors with suggestions regarding process flow recommendations overtime needs or prioritization.
- Perform production order configuration and line clearance
- All activities required to maintain line running.
- Become proficient at multiple repair tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship safety and productivity.
- Perform inspection of own and others work.
- Perform quality notification rework.
- Mentor others in areas of expertise (as needed).
- In a daily basis reports his/her repair line performance (volume issues etc).
- Escalate repair line issues promptly to receive support from different departments and keep line running.
- Follow all corporate regulatory safety and production policies and procedures.
- Maintain an excellent attendance record.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adequate use of ESD garments (wrist straps shoe heel grounders etc.) according to stablished ESD process requirements.
Qualifications :
Skills Experience Education & Training:
NOTA: Solo pueden participar grado S2
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; must be an Intuitive Surgical employee in good standing for at least the past nine months or must have at least three years of applicable experience with complex mechanical assembly.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read write and understand Basic English. Ability to read and comprehend instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to other employees supervisors or engineers.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract multidigit numbers (including decimals); to multiply and divide; to find averages percentages and ranges. Ability to determine the minimum maximum and nominal value when provided with a specification and a tolerance. Ability to perform basic math on a calculator.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with abnormal situations and several variables. Ability to understand material flow from the stock room to finished goods BillofMaterial structure and cycle counting procedures. Ability to report quality issues. Ability to suggest simple process improvements.
- Computer skills: Ability to use personal computers as part of daily work. Ability to use systems (Agile/SAP) to check drawings and multiple production transaction related BOM structures procedures training records. Ability to use online documentation. Intermediate use of MS Office.
- Other skills and abilities: Ability to work varying shifts. Must have ability to complete training courses
- Abilities to work in a team environment. Ability to use clocks timers calipers and rules.
