Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop & Hardware Support: Troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktops laptops printers and other peripherals.
- Networking Support: Assisting with network troubleshooting including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN and RDP.
- Smart Hands Support: Handling various hardware including routers switches and printers.
- End User Troubleshooting: Addressing issues with systems network cabling and devices.
- Preventive Action & Problem Management: Analyzing recurring technical issues and proposing preventive solutions.
- Client Communication: Ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: At least 3 years of desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows and MAC OS support with a good understanding of networking.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills (B1 level).
