Job Description
- Creates test plans (functional and regression)
- Creates test cases (functional and regression)
- Automates applicable test cases for regression testing
- Performs testing
- Identifies defects and work with scrum team on resolution
- Accountable for overall test quality (functional & regression)
- Promotes environment of collaboration within the test team
- Provides input release milestones
- Coordinates test planning and execution (FFT SIT CVT; performance tests load tests etc.)
- Provides reports related to product quality metrics
- Provides quality related inputs on go/nogo for every release (incl. promotion to INT CVT & prod environments)
- Attends scrum ceremonies
- Updates status in Rally on a daily basis
- Ensures test cases cover 100% of new functionality Traceability from story cards to test cases
- Takes part in sizing process
- Engages in solution discussion
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies processes and quality metrics
- Programming skills in Java
- Experience in Selenium SoapUI or similar tools or as stated in Program tech stack requirements Minimum 8 years tech experience;
- Minimum 5 yrs. of handson quality engineering exp.
