JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly skilled RTCDP (RealTime Customer Data Platform) Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing implementing and maintaining customer data solutions that drive personalized realtime customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise a deep understanding of customer data platforms and experience working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain CDP Solutions: Design and implement realtime customer data solutions using leading CDP platforms (e.g. Salesforce CDP Segment Adobe Experience Platform).
- Data Integration: Work with various data sources (web mobile CRM etc.) to ingest process and unify customer data in real time.
- Personalization and Activation: Configure data pipelines for realtime activation to marketing platforms ensuring seamless customer journey execution.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with marketing product and data science teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize CDP infrastructure and workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all data handling complies with industry standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in CDP platforms (e.g. Segment mParticle Tealium Adobe).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python JavaScript or SQL.
- Experience with APIs SDKs and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in implementing RTCDP solutions.
- Handson experience with realtime data ingestion transformation and orchestration.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in relevant CDP platforms.
- Experience in marketing technology stacks and tools (e.g. Google Analytics Marketo).
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in personalization.
