Overview
The Human Resources (HR) role within our organization is crucial in managing the companys most valuable asset its people. As an HR professional you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR strategies policies and processes that align with the overall organizational objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment ensuring compliance with employment laws and supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate the hiring process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and address grievances
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
- Conduct training and development programs
- Manage compensation and benefits plans
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Facilitate employee engagement activities
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Administer employee welfare programs
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding activities
- Maintain HR records and reports
- Provide guidance on HR best practices

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
