Job Description

Overview

The Human Resources (HR) role within our organization is crucial in managing the companys most valuable asset its people. As an HR professional you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR strategies policies and processes that align with the overall organizational objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment ensuring compliance with employment laws and supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate the hiring process
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
  • Conduct training and development programs
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Administer employee welfare programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding activities
  • Maintain HR records and reports
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development
