Job Description

This role is varied and challenging and will involve working with internal and Client document control teams to provide support in line with regulatory standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide support for document management system.
  • Undertake regular checks on file / document links across the system and fix as required. 
  • Prepare and update training packs system user guides among others. 
  • Undertake compliance audits with regards to file naming file storage locations user access.
  • Provide adhoc reports and information on system usage compliance and assist with adhoc requests relating to user activity.

 


Qualifications :

 

  • 5 to 7 years experience with similar profiles in the Construction / Infrastructure sector including on relevant aviation and/or other related projects of a similar size and complexity 
  • Understanding of operating in a live airport site 
  • Experience of operating on site not just office based 
  • Experience in the implementation of integrated document control systems.
  • Strong IT user skills advanced in MS Office.
  • Systems management experience.
  • Skilled in presenting to groups and delivering training in a variety of mediums.
  • Can work flexibly and adaptably.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in English.
