This role will oversee all aspects of media strategy planning and buying across both brand and performance channels. This leader will bring a deep understanding of global media landscapes and a proven track record in executing both brandbuilding and performancedriven campaigns and must drive impactful media initiatives that align with our overarching business goals.
The Senior Director will lead crossfunctional teams manage key partnerships and ensure that our media efforts drive measurable results across all markets. They must have a strong mix of creative and analytical skills with proven success in integrating media strategies with eCommerce and directtoconsumer models.
This role will dual report to the Chief Marketing Officer and the VP of ECommerce.

Media Strategy & Planning
- Evolve our performance mediadriven approach into a wellbalanced strategy that integrates both brand and performance media ensuring a holistic and scalable impact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across US and key owned and select partner international markets ensuring alignment with brand objectives market dynamics and consumer insights.
- Partner with Brand Content Strategy team to ensure alignment of media spend to key seasonal strategies and brand initiatives.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to integrate media strategies into broader marketing campaigns ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Define and oversee media KPIs ensuring clear alignment with brand growth market penetration and direct response performance.
Brand & Performance Media Oversight
- Drive the strategy for both brandfocused media (TV print digital) and performance media (paid search programmatic social affiliates) to meet objectives across the full funnel.
- Ensure that brandbuilding initiatives create longterm value while driving immediate consumer action through performance channels.
- Lead the evolution evaluation and optimization of media performance adjusting strategies based on realtime data and market feedback.
Media Leadership
- Manage media agency ensuring briefs capture business and brand needs and deliver business requirements.
- Oversee regional media teams collaborating closely with local agencies partners and inmarket teams to ensure tailored media strategies that resonate with specific audiences.
- Monitor and assess regional media performance to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key media partners ensuring favorable media buys negotiated rates and access to premium inventory.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a diverse media team providing direction feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Build a culture of continuous learning ensuring the team is uptodate with the latest media trends platforms and technologies.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage largescale media budgets ensuring optimal allocation across brand and performance initiatives; own US budget advise on international allocation.
- Partner with finance tech and operations teams to track spend ; partner with Consumer Insights to in utilizing Business Drivers Analysis to measure ROI tand drive informed decisions ensuring media investments are delivering measurable results.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing ecommerce consumer insights creative merchandising and planning teams to ensure media strategies align with product launches seasonal campaigns and performance goals.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to track performance metrics consumer behaviors and media effectiveness across markets.
Who you are:
- 12 years media performance marketing and/or brand marketing experience
- Bachelors degree in business or marketing
- Strong understanding of full funnel media strategy
- Experience delivering high growth at the brand or category level
- Experience with Marketing KPIs and data analysis to prepare and deliver upon strategic goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical problem solving organizational issue resolution and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agency partners along with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence across the organization particularity around strategic issues and change management to bring structured organized workflow to multilayer team with cross functional dependencies
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications (PowerPoint Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to create PowerPoint presentations that take large amounts of information and data and present them articulately and succinctly with a clear vision to the executive team

The salary range for this role is $205000 per year $245000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
