Job Description

Job Title: Assistant to Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Management

  • Develop and implement administrative management systems processes and work standards for the law firm.
  • Manage daily office operations ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among departments.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of office resources including equipment documentation and office environment.

2. Legal Affairs Support

  • Coordinate case assignments and support the lawyer team in planning work schedules and resource allocation.
  • Supervise the management of files including contracts case documents and client records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of case and client information.

3. Client Service Management

  • Communicate with clients handle inquiries and complaints and improve client satisfaction.
  • Assist the firm in establishing longterm client relationships and maintaining a positive public image of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Chinese national preferred; if Thai fluency in Chinese is required.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in corporate services or law is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).

Need to be discussed during interview.

If Chinese provide visa and work permit.

Working days Monday to Saturday 96
